CLOSING FOR THE SEASON

We’re officially wrapping up the 2025 season a little early, however we are partnering with Eat Canadian Seafood to continue offering ice sales as we head into fall. Huge thanks to everyone who supported our operations this year—we couldn’t have done it without you. Here’s to chilling out for now and we’ll see you in May 2026!

Alberni Ice House

Alberni Ice, operated by the Port Alberni Port Authority, produces and sells ice – from cooler bags to totes and even boats from mid May to mid October.

Ice Services

The ice plant, located at Fishermen’s Harbour, provides an essential product for Indigenous, commercial, and recreational fishers, seafood processors, food distributors, the film industry, and the general public.
